I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS FOR SO LONGGGG
howdy crew, for the plucking (on the og chords) i’ve been doing
C string (1x)
E string (2x)
G string (1x)
repeated like twice for each chord (kinda just playing it repeatedly and just switching chords along w/ it) :^)
Ok so I do +2 because it’s the easiest chords that fit my voice and what I do for the entire song is:
Every chord except D: when looking down at your ukulele, pluck 2nd, 4th, 3rd string over and over in that order while switching chords
D: 2nd, 1st, 3rd string
-5 works best for me 🙂
I pluck G-A, C, E throughout the whole song, and I pay really close attention to dynamics. They really do make a world of difference!
I love this song and I’m so happy it came out but what is the strumming pattern for this?
THIS SOUNDS SO AMAZING ON BARITONE UKULELE (dodie’s ukulele is also a baritone which is why it’s so exciting) and if you transpose -1 but put a k-po on the first fret it sound perfect!
this is the first song i found after the update and i dont know how i feel about it tbh
i play stand up bass for an orchestra, and if you just play the basic root of. the chord on a stringed orchestral instrument it sounds really cool
any alternatives to the E chord, I find it so difficult 🙂
pffft on +4 i was skipping the e entirely, i’ve only been playing for a few months, it’s not like i can strech my fingers that far XD
This is perfect! Pluck the G string once and then A and E together twice to get the waltz feeling down that she has in her original version! Trust me on the plucking, it doesn’t sound as good with plucking C (I tried both)
+2 is pretty easy. It’s better for higher voices but you can try singing in a lower octave.
Love this song!! 🙂
+2 for beginners
Woaa I have been wanting to play this song for so long, but it’s way to advanced 🙁 can u make a simple version with less chords and ones that my fingers will actually reach!!! ?
yess I love this song
i clicked so fast on this omg
I’ve been waiting for this forever!!
