I found the easiest was at -2 (I put a capo on the second fret). It sounds really good and the notes are not only reasonably easy to play, but they also flow into each other really well.

-4, -2, and +1 are the best/easiest ones. -2 is a little more of a challenge for beginners tho. I also use DDUDDU as my strumming pattern. Hope this help!!!!!
