Why do I always love the people in the comments more than my own family

  2. -2 or +5

  3. I found that C7 also works in the place of Cm when you play in +5, as it does somewhat sound better, depending on your preference.

  4. what strumming pattern lol?

  5. twenty-one-phans

this is too sad to play on the ukulele XD

  6. During “all my hairs are abandoned on my body” go from G to Gm (it makes it sound really nice)

  7. DoctorsGirl

For some reason this song makes me think about life a little more. An old friend of mine was just diagnosed with leukemia, so this song makes me cry very easily.

  8. Some random person hi

With the bridge, it’s not perfect but it’ll do….
    If you say (G)
Goodbye today (Cm – the 4th string is second fret tho)
I’ll ask you to be (Em)
    True…. (Dm)
    (Continue as normal)

  9. Probably just best to play MCR’s version of it – while this is great, their version is more complete and makes more sense on the ukulele :)

  10. JOSHDUNISMYHUN

I’m crying, this is so beautiful

  11. I love this song so much..I’m learning to play it because my dad recently passed away with stomach cancer and I want to sing it at all my performances so that he can hear it from up there ya know. I also want to make a cover on youtube dedicated to him. His passing was unexpected..love your parents you guys, they could be gone the next morning..he passed on my 16th birthday this summer, he will always be there with me now on that day.. I love him

  12. bridge doesnt sound right

  13. I don’t think these are the right chords??

  14. who else is crying?!

  15. Twentyonediscos

Honestly its fine if you prefer this version better. They have almost completely different sounds and qualities to them, it depends on your tastes. Just respect that MCR is the creator of this song. I personally like both pretty equally.

  16. Your Royal Majesty

Try using Eaug instead of Dbm in “if you say goodbye today”

  17. Even though I like the original (much) better, this is also very nice :)

  18. implicit demand for josh dun

great song!! i recommend you play high E for the last E if you know how to play it :))
