Please do not ask for strumming patterns. Sharing online how to literally play a song (i.e. strumming, rhythm and tempo) is not allowed by the MPA (Music Publishers Association) because of copyright issues.
Carefully listen to the song and try to really "feel" the rhythm. Once you get the basics of strumming, I can assure you it'll go real quick. Maybe the strumming guide can help you on your way.

That thing you are calling Dbm doesn’t exist in the song’s key of E. It’s a C#m. In keys with sharp pitches (D major has F#) all the alterations from natural pitch are upward (sharpened). In keys with flat pitches (F has Bb) all the alterations are downward (flattened). This helps the ear keep track of how far from the home note any pitch is. One can count then by scale steps instead of half steps.
+1 and then some… I’ve seen a number of songs with the chords listed like this – instead of what the chord is per the key of the song. Very odd – not sure why – likely confusing to those just getting started.

The Dbm is way easier to play if you bar the fourth fret with your first finger and put your third finger on the g(first) string, 6th fret. Also it’s tough to get used to, but E is easier if you put your first finger on the A (fourth) string, second fret and then bar the G,C, and E strings with your third finger on the fourth fret.

Sure! up top where they introduce the chords you should see numbers like; -6 -5 -4 -3 -2 -1 0 1 2 3 4 5 6. Each one changes the key of the song which will make it sound a little bit different but more the less still the song. The only thing is you will also have to change the key you’re singing in (if you or someone else is) I hope this helps!

You can transpose it to -4 and that is a lot easier! Hope it is for you!
Easier way – same key – but tune your top string up a tone (tune it the same as your bottom string) – then adjust the chords accordingly. I’m probably not allowed to post a link to an video instruction that points this out. Apparently it’s how Jimmy tunes his uke/plays this song live. Fully get it as it makes the chord progressions very smooth.
