Verse:
Ab
In many ways
        Bbm
They'll miss the good old days
Db Ab
Someday, someday

Ab
Yeah, it hurts to say
    Bbm
But I want you to stay
Db Ab
Sometimes, sometimes

Ab
When we was young
    Bbm
Oh, man, did we have fun
Db Ab
Always, always

Ab
Promises
     Bbm
They break before they're made
Db Ab
Sometimes, sometimes

Chorus:
    Ab Eb Fm
Oh, my ex says I'm lacking in depth
Db Ab
I will do my best
    Ab Eb Fm
You say you want to stay by my side
Db Ab
Darling, your head's not right
      Ab Eb Fm
I see alone we stand, together we fall apart
      Db Ab
Yeah, I think I'll be alright
    Ab Eb Fm
I'm working so I won't have to try so hard
Db Ab
Tables they turn sometimes
        Eb
Oh, someday
                            Ab
Now I ain't wasting no more time

Verse -same as first-:
And now my fears
They come to me in threes
So I sometimes

Say faith my friend
You say the strangest things
I find sometimes

Chorus:
    Ab Eb Fm
Oh, my ex says I'm lacking in depth
Db Ab
I will do my best
    Ab Eb Fm
You say you want to stay by my side
Db Ab
Darling, your head's not right
      Ab Eb Fm
I see alone we stand, together we fall apart
      Db Ab
Yeah, I think I'll be alright
    Ab Eb Fm
I'm working so I won't have to try so hard
Db Ab
Tables they turn sometimes
        Eb
Oh, someday
                            Ab
Now I ain't wasting no more time

In case anyone is wondering, I think this is the intro.

2—4——6—4——6—4——4—2
2—2——4—4——4—4——2—2
2—2——4—4——4—4——2—2
x—x——x—x——-x—x——x—x

If anyone has a better way to play it, though, then please let me know :D

You’ll find it muuuuuch easier and nicer to play this way:

A|-0–1—-4–2—-4–2—-1–0-
E|-0–0—-2–2—-2–2—-0–0-
C|-1–1—-2–2—-2–2—-1–1-
G|-2–2—-2–2—-2–2—-2–2-
………..*..*….*..*………
It sounds best if you just strum down with your thumb at the base of the neck to give it a good mellow sound. Also when doing the strums with the stars below them its best to bar the strings with your index finger.

Really hope this helps!
