Intro: Cm7

     Cm7
Now somewhere in the black mining hills out Dakota
      D7sus F7
There lived a young boy name of Rocky Raccoon
    Bb7 Eb
And one day his woman ran off with another guy

Hit young Rocky in the eye...
                           Cm7 F7
Rocky didn't like that, he said, "I'm going to get that boy."
       Bb7 Bb Eb
So one day he walked into town and booked himself a room in the local

saloon.

Cm7 F7
Rocky Racoon checked into his room
Bb7 Eb
only to find Gideon's Bible
Cm7 F7
Rocky had come equipped with a gun
   Bb7 Eb
to shoot off the legs of his rival.
    Cm F7
His rival, it seems, had broken his dreams
   Bb7 Eb
by stealing the girl of his fancy
    Cm7 F7
Her name was McGill, and she called herself 'Lil'
    Bb7 Eb
But everyone knew her as Nancy.

    Cm7 F7
Now she and her man -who called himself Dan-
     Bb7 Eb
Were in the next room at the hoedown
Cm7 F7
Rocky burst in, and grinning a grin,
          Bb7 Eb
he said, "Danny boy, this is a showdown."

    Cm7 F7
But Daniel was hot. He drew first and shot
    Bb7 Bb Eb
and Rocky collapsed in the corner.

Interlude -x3-:
Da-n-da da da-n-da da da... Cm7 F7 Bb7 Eb

        Cm7 F7
Now the doctor came in stinking of gin
    Bb7 Eb
and proceeded to lie on the table.

          Cm7
He said, "Rocky, you met your match."
                  F7
But Rockey said, "Doc, it's only a scratch.
            Bb7 Bb Eb
And I'll be better... I'll be better Doc as soon as I am able."

    Cm7 F7
Now Rocky Raccoon, he fell back in his room
Bb7 Eb
only to find Gideon's bible.
Cm7 F7
Gideon checked out, and he left it no dobt
   Bb7 Eb
to help with good Rocky's revival.

Oh yeah, yeah

I like the chords of the song but the auto scroll function is frustrating. It will stop before the song ends and it makes it difficult to finish what I’m playing. Tried flipping it over on portrait mode but it still stops in the middle of the page.

I found that playing Am7 as G open, C middle finger 4th fret, E ring finger 5th fret, A pointer 3rd fret really made this song sing/sound close to the original instead of the fully open Am7 as suggested by the chord helper.
