I just can’t play E…

Ava

Oh I just figured out if you play Em instead it doesn’t sound too bad

I don't like sand.. it's coarse, and rough, and irritating, and it gets everywhere.

i hope by now you’ve learned how to play E or one of its alternatives because Em doesn’t sound half as good as E, depending on the song. It’s very versatile and ubiquitous to many songs here.

Niko

I think that E7 sounds better than Em, and it is easier to play than E :)

The King

I tend to just use the fingering 4442. :/

READY FREDDIE

Could you try and add a listen feature if it isn’t too hard and won’t result in copyrighting and other issues with that

Erin

strumming pattern please?

vita

try singing with it

Ellie

+5 with g instead of d is easier and kinda mimics the way Brian plays it on the guitar

TheTalkingMuffin

This song is great! The arrangement is perfect and matches the style of the song wonderfully! Not too hard either, but still helped me get a lot better!

Lou

Loads easier transposed to -2 :)

Bamels

This is driving me crazy. The D is not right but I can’t work out what it should be. It needs to be lower.

Bamels

I mean in “crazy little thing called love”. Love is not D

Bamels

I’ve worked out that G is the closest replacement.

wombat

Nice… I switched D and G around and it sounds much better. Thanks <3

Jimfromtheoffice

Actually I think the D is the correct note. Maybe you are playing it wrong. G sounds worse. Maybe you are singing it wrong as well.

kittencat524

I agree. D sounds correct, so I’m not entirely sure where they’re pulling a G from the tune XD

xames

It’s easier is you use 2230 for the Dsus4 chord, as it stops the awkward chord change

dirtybrotherkiller

I personally think -2 is easier. The original probably sounds better but I literally can’t do it
