G G7 C Am D

    G
You say
    G7 C Am D
The price of my love's not a price that you're willing to pay
    G
You cry
        G7 C Am D
In your tea which you hurl in the sea when you see me go by
       Em
Why so sad?
  G C
Remember we made an arrangement when you went away

Now you're making me mad
  G C D7
Remember, despite our estrangement, I'm your man

          C Am
You'll remember you belong to me
D G G7
You'll be back, time will tell
          C Am
You'll remember that I served you well
D Em G
Oceans rise, empires fall
        C Cm
We have seen each other through it all

And when push comes to shove
       C D7 D G

You say our love is draining and you can't go on
       Em G C Cm
You'll be the one complaining when I am gone...
    Am D
And no, don't change the subject
       Am D
'Cause you're my favorite subject
   F Cmaj7
My sweet, submissive subject
   F Cmaj7
My loyal, royal subject
   G G7 Cm

I will fight the fight and win the war
         G G7
For your love, for your praise
         C Am D
And I'll love you till my dying days
            Em G
When you're gone, I'll go mad
         C Cm
So don't throw away this thing we had
            Em G

  6. Glub Glub want rub rub

well shoot. I commented the same thing twice. Ignore one of those. sorry. :/

  7. Glub Glub want rub rub

On the dat da part, if you play a Cm chord back to a G chord instead of a Am chord to a D chord, I think it fits a little better. idk.

  8. Glub Glub want rub rub

On the dadadadada part, if you take out the Am and D chord and go to a Cm chord back a G chord instead, it sounds a lil more like the original. idk, it’s up to y’all.

  9. Me gusta al final agregar un d rapido con la G, no lo se, le da un toque bello :3

Been waiting for a while for a Hamilton song :) So happy it’s this one in particular, so I am definitely going to be staying up all night to learn it lol. Also, for strumming pattern I’ve been doing DDUU and it has been working great for those who may be struggling.

  20. Thank God this is one of my favourite Hamilton songs and I’m glad it’s now here
