  2. I absolutely love this song, thank you for posting it. I am a complete beginner and have been able to play along to this. That pesky Em trips me up every once in a while though! It seems there are some verses missing as I have also been watching Leonard Cohen singing this on YouTube (over 7 mins long!).

  3. Stranger Things is my favorite hobby

If you cant sing lower at 0, try using +5 i think. The chords don’t sound as good as 0 but they are still pretty easy to play and easier to sing to.

  4. I ♥️ this song

  5. Hi, I’m just having trouble figuring out a strumming pattern. Any suggestions?

  6. The chords and everything is perfect its just it is supposed to be “holy dove was moving too” not “holy dark’

  7. What is the strumming pattern for this song?

  8. this is an awesome arrangement

  9. I love this song ? Leonard Cohen was a true legend.
I’d definitely play the E7 instead of the Em…a nice building and realease of tension.
Also the fingerpicking sounds much better if you have your uke tuned to a low g….enjoy!

  10. For those of you wanting to play the Alexandria Burke version, transpose it to +5. It doesn’t change a ton in difficulty and it’s the key of her recording of this song.

  11. If you can’t sing as low or high as 0, -3 is a good range and has pretty easy notes.

  12. Transposed it to -5 so it’s it my range. I love this song so much! This is great! ???

  13. I think that in the chorus, the Am should be a C instead. I did it by accident and found that it sounded better.

  14. I played it right along with the legit song, and all the chords sounded perfect and were placed perfectly. Great work, I think it sounds AMAZING!

    • My brother is in a marching band and is going to the Tournament of Roses this year, and his band is playing this song!
Westlake Marching Band, if you must know. :)

U have to use a really soft pick and this song is a really beautiful song and it is better on the ukulele

  20. i think it sounds best when played finger style for example
    C
    –3—3-
    —0—0
    —-0—-0
    –0—0-
Pluck the top and bottom string at the same time then the 3rd then 2nd. This sounds awesome with almost all the chords
