Please do not ask for strumming patterns. Sharing online how to literally play a song (i.e. strumming, rhythm and tempo) is not allowed by the MPA (Music Publishers Association) because of copyright issues.
Carefully listen to the song and try to really "feel" the rhythm. Once you get the basics of strumming, I can assure you it'll go real quick. Maybe the strumming guide can help you on your way.

the version i’m used to hearing is in -5. It’s still easy. Even if i leave out the Bm when it shows up, it still sounds good, as a beginner.
I love this song, and these chords/tabs really don’t do it justice. First of all, the strumming pattern on ukulele should be on strings C – E – G – A for all chords to make it a proper arpeggio as opposed to the G – C – E – A pattern here, but I could overlook that. But then when it gets to the line “the baffled king composing…”, that chord should be an E7, not Em. There is no Em in this song (at least in this key). E7 is a very simple chord, and it really moves the song along, and the Em (which is a harder chord, IMO) makes it sound completely wrong.
Love this song. If you’re a beginner, this song actually sounds really good with just one strum for each chord!

This song is truly amazing. I recommend everyone to try it out. This was one of my first songs on the Ukulele, and it really pushed me to try hard, and I did that, now bringing me to a place where I though I couldn’t even do. Try, try, try, and you will succeed!
Is there somewhere on this site where I can play along with a recording? Thanks in advance.
strumming pattern for chords?
This song sounds really good in a minor key. The chords are Cm, Eb, Fm, Gm, and Ab. Enjoy.
What a beautiful song !
Thank you Uke tabs for this tab that allows us to play it.
God bless !
-2 is where Pentatonix sings it at, if you’re trying to follow along.
It sucks that I cant sing ;(
REALLY loved learning this struggled with is it a single strum or several strums of the same chord… this is the third song I have learnt and thought it was good just need some help with strumming :/
YEEEEESSSSSS!!!!! IKR??!!
Yeah, it does to me too…
This is really good +5 for higher voices :)
I use E7 instead of Em
same. Think it gives it some some umph or something IDK
-5 is good if your finding it too high
The Em should be an Em7. It sounds much better that way.
Now that I’ve tried it…
Oh Yeeeeeeaaaaahhhhh
Yeah I agreed, try switching to transposer -7, I liked the way that one sounded and the chords were pretty easy!
What’s the strumming pattern ???
