Please do not ask for strumming patterns. Sharing online how to literally play a song (i.e. strumming, rhythm and tempo) is not allowed by the MPA (Music Publishers Association) because of copyright issues.
Carefully listen to the song and try to really "feel" the rhythm. Once you get the basics of strumming, I can assure you it'll go real quick. Maybe the strumming guide can help you on your way.

I just played this song for my first time and I got it completely correct! I love this song and it’s soooo easy to play!
if you play G7 instead of G and E7 instad of Em it sound a lot more like the song
I’m playing E7 rather than E minor. It sounds OK. Love the site.
Instead of E7 try a Ddim7…
1-2-1-2
or
4-5-4-5
I prefer 4-5-4-5. When you hear it, I think you’ll agree.
It think it sounds best at -5. I don’t think it’s too hard, and I only started a little over a week ago.
i love this song!!!!!
I actually just pluck 2 3 1 4, 1 3 2 (on the strings) it sounds good to me tbh
I do the same thing lol
I’ve found that if you play Em for the second hallelujah in the chorus and Em G C for the fourth it sounds pretty good
Ddu
My friends at my school are singing hallelujah, so I thought it would be kinda cool if I learnt it on ukulele and surprise them. (and the strumming patter is down down up up)
You can just pick the chords, it sounds good
It works a lot better with a low G string, sadly, I lost mine a while ago and had to restring my ukulele with a high G string
The best strumming pattern more me is…. None! Lol I just strum it once and it really adds to the air of emotion in the song.
the best strumming pattern FOR me
i agree. It adds attention to the beautiful melodies and lyrics of the song
but thats just my opinion.
Hey Mazdri , I like to go like d,d,u,d,d,u,etc.
I love love love this song IT IS SO PRETTY!!!!!!!!!!
Great song, would it be proper to do e7 instead of em? Just for the transition.
some…BODY once told me.
I usually try to play a song by ear and then look it up to see if I’m doing it right. I taught myself in -7 so it is easy for me and it’s my favorite way to play it. Plus its easier for me to sing.
This Helped Me Soooo Much! Thank You! My Voice Doesn’t Go As High As The Ukulele If I Used Transposition 0, -7 Really Helps!
nice! I LOVE this song
i love this song
I think that it’s easier to sing along to in -5, cause it’s a bit lower…
Play -3 if you find the original key too high. It’s a little harder to play but with practice sounds really nice!
DDU
I think if you capo the first fret, it sounds better and it’s an easier vocal range for someone like me with a lower range.
