Please do not ask for strumming patterns. Sharing online how to literally play a song (i.e. strumming, rhythm and tempo) is not allowed by the MPA (Music Publishers Association) because of copyright issues.
Carefully listen to the song and try to really "feel" the rhythm. Once you get the basics of strumming, I can assure you it'll go real quick. Maybe the strumming guide can help you on your way.

C GA m F x2 DDUUDU is super easy to use instead of any of these <3
Which one is easiest?
I use the strumming pattern:
duDuduDuduDuduDu
Welp Im good at chords and other things but not this song .-. I just needed a song to play lmao
Good song but I found that in some places it sounds better to switch to the next chord a bit earlier.
I’m just starting to play the uke and d7 was hard but I finally got it ?
I found this so hard (I’m a noob) lol ? XD
Is this for a soprano ukulele?
it works for concert, soprano and tenor since they’re all the same instrument just different sizes
Yes. It works with a soprano Ukulele
I can play it on my soprano ukulele. Its made for all.
can be, if ya want!
i think so. but i keep it in the original key and put a capo on fret one :)
Mostly, it doesn’t matter that much, but if the chords don’t sound right with your uke, maybe try tranposing it into some other chord-sets :)
this is for anny ukulele… they all sound the same, they are just bigger than one another.
Yes, at least I do it on soprano. My aunt does it on a concert uke but they both sound pretty,
Hey there!!! Nice song!!!
your right it does sound better
strumming pattern?
MPA doesn’t want you to ask because of copyright issues. Says so at the bottom in green.
UDU then lightly tap the strings to stop them from making noise it sounds really good with the song, sorry if this doesn’t make sense, hope it helps.
Island/calypso strum :) (dd,u,udu)
DUD Mute over and over
I play with the simple pattern DUDUDUDU
I like d for the first two verses and the last verse, then dduudu for the rest of the song. I don’t know if that’s the original but I think it sounds mraz-y :)
down, down, up, up down up (standard pop strumming) but if ur new to ukulele, you might wanna google a tutorial or a fairly popular song with that pattern is “I Don’t Know My Name” by Grace Vanderwaal
I used du,du,du,du, but i am a beginner. it sounds pretty good, but i’m sure there is a better one out there.
DDUUDU is a really good one and very easy for beginners
D, DU, UD
probs just the island strum DDU-UDU
I like the sound of *down*down*up*up*down*up* but it’s such a fun song you could do so much with it
What I do is strum mute. strum up strum down mute.
I’ve found that dduudu sounds pretty good
the last chord where it says G should actually be F
thats tea
personally instead of d7 i played fm and found that it sounds much better. :)
I love this song :)
Hey what does the s mean? Like in 3s5 or something. I am a noob, so thx
it means to slide. So essentially you slide your finger up from the third to the fifth fret :)
Hey!
I didn’t know at first to, but in this case, the s means that you slide from the 3rd fret to the 5th in one strum/pluk :)
It means you slide from the 3rd fret to the 5th fret
The ‘s’ inbetween 3 and 5 stands for ‘slide’. So start at fret 3 and then slide to the 5th fret
Never mind, just saw the policy :)
everyone ignores that for some reason lol
What is the best strumming oattern for this song?
DUDUDUDUDUDUDUDUDUDUDUDUDUDUDUDUD
and mute the strings on every strum exept for every fourth down
Probably island strum; DDU-UDU
I am a self taught student and D7 was really hard, but I finally got it.
What are you supposed to play during the bridge?
Don’t do it 3s5 do 2s4 It sounds so much better and a lot more like the real song
You can play it by pressing the G and E strings on the second fret, which lowers the low D to a C instead of the high D or the A on the A string
So just turn the song a whole half step down?
