Please do not ask for strumming patterns. Sharing online how to literally play a song (i.e. strumming, rhythm and tempo) is not allowed by the MPA (Music Publishers Association) because of copyright issues.
Carefully listen to the song and try to really "feel" the rhythm. Once you get the basics of strumming, I can assure you it'll go real quick. Maybe the strumming guide can help you on your way.

intro ^^
my strumming pattern-
UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUDU
how do you keep track??
anybody know what I can do to replace the B?
It doesn’t sound quite like a B but I usually play B7 in its place! It’s definitely not a good chord to replace if you want something that sounds super similar to B but ehh it works for me!
For B, I put my middle finger on the second fret of the A string, my pointer finger on the second fret of the C string, and my ring finger on the third fret of the C string. Then I only strum the bottom three strings.
Love this song !
The original song is in G major, which is -5
honestly -5 sounds terrible
The way i like to strum this is playing every chord twice and doing a D-x the first time and a DDD-x the second time!! I love the way it sounds
I use DDDDU twice on each note. It’s easy and sounds good to me. Hope this helps.
(If you always strum with the Island Strumming Pattern DDU-UDU, and you can’t easily change from that strumming pattern I would recommend using this strumming pattern. Bc I felt like I couldn’t do any other strumming pattern, then I tried this and it worked. Lol hope this helps)
DDD-UD-UD* sorry
I’m stupid don’t listen to the reply. I was right the first time. lol
Is so easy
I can’t sing really soft like she does but I do sound pretty good with a stronger voice. I suggest something other than 0 if you cant sing like her.
DUUD and one silence
i use DDU UDU
i’m using DD and then mute the strings which sounds really good
The strumming pattern that I think works well is DDUD down check for each line
Then for the I don’t wanna be you anymore part you would do DDDUD down check
For any played part of the E chord you would do one D
I use strum pattern
D D UU D D UU
So it kinda has a slow vibe but im not leaving empty space.
I personally like the strumming pattern DDDU-DDU
on “idontwannabeyou” I strum for each word down. then on anymore I strum down and let it ring out. on the ending.
I love this a good strumming pattern is DDDUDUD then on the last down strum switch to the next cord it sound realistic to the song
guys i use DDDU & it’s sooo easy
For strumming, DDU-DDU works really well
I use a capo on the first fret. Sounds more “cosy” in a way
