Do -2 transposition. The chords are a bit messed up :3. The correct chords are G D Em C, but its not written like that, its messed up. :3

the chords should be A , C# with a G# on the bass, F#, and D, for the intro and the verse.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a chord I can play instead of E? it’s hard to reach my fourth finger so far down on the fingerboard when I’m playing a tenor.

If you bar the 4th fret and play the A string on the 7th fret with your pinky or ring finger, it sounds very similar and is a lot easier.

E7 <3

Another way to get around E is to play the chord normally but block the C string. Just press the C string with your 2nd finger so that it doesn’t make sound when you strum. Basically:
X|-|-|-
-|O|-|X
-|-|-|-

you can transpose it anywhere and then put a capo on it to stay in the same key

I think +3 sounds the most authentic if you are looking for something easier to play, but when I sang with it I basically had to screech the higher notes… I think -2 works the best and is easiest and when you really get to singing with it it sounds great! Unless you have a super high voice I’d suggest using -2 :)

i do have a pretty high voice,i can go up to high soprano, but i can also go down to low tennor/high baratone, it just depends on the song. So this helped a ton! thank you!!

-2 works the best for me if you put a capo on the 2nd fret. Also replacing Bm with D sounds better for -2. <3

If you have a really deep voice like I do, I recommend doing -7 lol it’s pretty easy
